We ship using both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail / Ground Advantage, depending upon items being ordered.

If you know you are going to be out of town, or unable to receive during a certain week please leave a note in the customer comment section while placing your online order as to when you would like for us to ship your package so we can avoid charging you an additional Delivery Intercept Fee, per package. These charges occur for re-scheduling deliveries that are already in-route.

Colorado - 15 round maximum for all magazines.
Connecticut - 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Delaware - 17 round maximum for all magazines.
Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all pistol/handgun magazines.
Illinois - 10 round maximum for long gun magazines; 15 round maximum for pistol/handgun magazines.
Maryland - 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Massachusetts - 10 round maximum for all magazines. (As of August 1, 2024: FFL required for magazines greater than 10 rounds).
New Jersey - 10 round maximum for all magazines.
New York - 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Rhode Island - 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Washington DC - 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Washington State - 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Vermont - 10 round maximum for long gun magazines; 15 round maximum for pistol/handgun magazines.
SURPLUS PARTS NOTICE: What A Country, Inc. sells used gun parts without making a prior determination to the amount of use, wear, breakage, or alteration that may be exhibited in surplus/used parts.
Variations within used parts are dependent upon the original manufacturer(s) for the weapons contract, the country of origin, the year(s) of manufacture, storage conditions, etc.
Not all firearm parts are interchangeable; use of surplus parts without proper knowledge could cause a firearm to malfunction and cause property damage, injury, or death.
Parts must be inspected and tested by qualified, competent, and professional gunsmiths or armorers before use in a firearm.
